At Dark Virtue Designs, we want you to feel empowered in your aesthetic; if your selection doesn't perfectly fit your silhouette or spirit, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original unworn condition with all gothic hardware and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage to delicate fabrics or metal accents.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email, then firmly attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our vault receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
